Agree, on our role and deliverables outlining the team members that will best fit your employment needs.

Step 3

We give you a number of carefully chosen candidate CVs to consider.

Step 4

We work with you to put a candidate through your chosen selection process.

Step 5

We work with successful candidates through their visa process and relocation.

Step 6

We support the candidate through their move to Ireland assisting them in settling into both their new role and home.

Step 7

We work with you to review candidates perfomance during their probation period.

Quality And Safety

We are serious and thorough about quality and safety. Our pre-screening includes employment references and police checks in country of origin. Finally they will go through GARDAI check in Ireland.

All candidates are selected to meet the requirements of the relevant Irish professional body (CORU and NMBI). Some would have already registered and some will be ready to go through the process subject to a conditional job offer.
